These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SuperCRM 360, a cloud-based customer relationship management software provided by SuperWebs 360 Web Development & Digi Marketing Agency (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using SuperCRM 360, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use SuperCRM 360, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to bind your business entity, and provide accurate and complete account information.

2. Services

SuperCRM 360 provides features including lead management, sales pipeline tracking, task automation, client database management, reporting and analytics, and integrations where applicable. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities conducted under your account, and providing accurate billing information. We may suspend or terminate accounts found misusing the platform.

4. Subscription & Billing

SuperCRM 360 operates on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are billed in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST. For international customers, payments may be processed in foreign currencies and converted based on the payment processor’s exchange rates.

5. Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for partial usage periods. Any free trial, if provided, should be evaluated before purchasing a subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the software for unlawful purposes, store illegal or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the system, or resell access without written permission. Violations may result in immediate termination.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business data. We process your data solely to provide services, improve platform functionality, and maintain system security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperWebs 360 shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss beyond reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the last three months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, account access will cease and data handling will follow our retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
