Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Once the cancellation is confirmed, future billing will stop automatically. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
Please note that cancellations do not qualify for prorated refunds unless explicitly mentioned in a specific offer or agreement.
2. Refund Policy
All subscription payments made for SuperCRM 360 are generally non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.
In case of duplicate or accidental payments, a refund request may be submitted for verification. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
